Red Nitro Ceramic Roloc Discs, 50/Pack

Part of the new tried and tested ‘Nitro’ range. Great for removing welds, dressing and grinding in hard to reach areas. A high quality red ceramic roloc disc with cooling topsize to help prevent overheating on heat-resistant metals such as stainless steel, and prolong disc life. These will improve your production rate: Red Nitro ceramic roloc discs last significantly longer than conventional aluminium oxide or zirconia discs and offer a much faster cut.

  • High quality ceramic roloc disc
  • Cooling topsize helps prevent heat buildup
  • Great results on stainless steel, titanium alloys, brass and bronze
  • Self-sharpening grain gives consistent cut and fast stock removal, even at low pressures
  • Strong X-weight cloth backing, for increased durability and improved disc life
  • Currently available in 50mm and 75mm
  • Lasts significantly longer than aluminium oxide or zirconia discs, and outperforms most other ceramics
  • Recommended tools: Chicago Pneumatic CP7202 Pistol Sander for light use or for frequent industrial use we'd recommend the Dynabrade 48541 2" (51mm) Right Angle Disc Sander or 48531 3" (76mm) Right Angle Disc Sander
  • Use with our high-quality 2" and 3" disc holders
  • 'R' screw-type fitting, also known as 'TR', 'SL2', 'roloc', 'siafix', quick-release or locking-type, for quick and easy attachment/removal
  • Grit range: 36-120
