DYNABUG® “MODEL T” SANDER

“Model T” sanders are incredibly lightweight, fine-finishing sanders that require very little air flow to reach peak performance, making them ideal for shops without large compressors. Square or circular pads available in several sizes combine with 3/32″ orbit provide technicians with a versatile finishing orbital sander.

• Lightweight… only 1 lb.! Palm-style, ergonomic design features low profile grip for greater operator comfort and control

DYNABUG® SANDER

Dynabug® orbital sanders are available in two separate orbit patterns – 3/16” or 3/32” – and are recommended for general sanding of horizontal surfaces or for fine sanding and feathering. Being slightly larger and heavier than the Dynabug® II relieves operators of having to apply heavy downward force when levelling a surface in preparation for paint and finishing.

• Dynabug® sanders can be equipped with a long-nap pad (57852) used with non-woven nylon abrasives for scuffing applications

Compact and lightweight, Dynabug® II Orbital Sanders access tight areas while limiting operator fatigue – especially when sanding on vertical surfaces. Dynabug® II tools are ideal for feathering applications where creating surfaces with excellent mechanical adhesion qualities is critical in preparation for painting and final finish.
Dynabug® sanders are an ideal choice for use in feather edging applications. The square pad and delicate orbital motion allow technicians to sand in corners without undercutting. When equipped with a long-nap pad and non-woven nylon abrasives Dynabug® and Dynabug®II sanders are excellent scuffing and blending tools.
