Dynabrade Dynafile Abrasive Belt Tools For The Automotive Aftermarket

NITROFILE ABRASIVE BELT TOOL

Abrasive belt tools can be used throughout a body shop for a variety of sanding, blending and finishing applications. Able to use both coated and non-woven abrasives allows technicians to perform a wide range of applications from spot weld and door skin removal to surface preparation when plastic welding a bumper.

FEATURES
• Sanding head pivots 360°, for working in previously inaccessible areas
• Front exhaust directs dust away from operator and extends belt life
• Runs belts 1/4″-3/4″ wide by 18″ long

ELECTRIC DYNAFILE® II ABRASIVE BELT TOOL

For garages and technicians using corded tools the Electric Dynafile® II is an ideal option for their sanding, blending and surface prep applications. Contact arms are interchangeable with the pneumatic NitroFile.

• Sanding head pivots 360°, for working in previously inaccessible areas
• Side handle mounts on either side for left or right-handed operators
• Double-insulated motor for operator safety
• Runs belts 1/4″-3/4″ wide by 18″ long

MINI-NITROFILE & MINI-DYNAFILE® II

Both are compact belt tools designed for the frequent grinding applications
technicians are challenged by where space is limited and access is restricted. The Mini-Nitrofile is designed to be light-weight and economical for light-to-medium duty requirements, while the Mini-Dynafile II is an industrial-grade tool built to withstand gruelling applications for extended periods of time.

• Accepts coated and abrasive impregnated non-woven nylon belts
• Swing away belt guard for easy abrasive change
