Dynafile® I

The Dynafile® is the first tool that Walter Welsch, the founder of Dynabrade developed for sanding and grinding in hard-to reach or narrow areas. The Dynafile® has earned it’s place as the premier tool for machine shops, foundries, aerospace, sheet metal and stamping plants who grind & deburr. The Dynafile® is the only belt tool in the world able to reliably track a 1/8″ wide belt!

Model 14000
• Grind, deburr, blend, polish, finish and more!
• Grind from contact wheel or platen pad. Finish and polish using slack of belt.
• For use on all metals.
• Tool includes 11218 Contact Arm for standard use. Also accepts a variety of additional Contact Arms.

Dynafile® II

Dynafile II was designed with a particular focus on ergonomics during use. It is lighter than the Dynafile I and offers reduced vibration levels, providing more comfortable operation for the user. In addition this tool is very versatile, with a range of over 25 arms and can also use the Dynafile III selection of contact arms interchangeably.

Mini-Dynafile® II

The Mini-Dynafile® II is intended for use in applications with restricted access where the smallest and most lightweight tools are necessary to get the job done. At less than two pounds it is lightweight and able to be manoeuvred around complex workpieces that require finishing.

Model 15003
• Ideal for strap polishing and working in narrow openings. Tool includes 15026 Contact Arm for 1/2″ wide x 12″ long abrasive belts.
• Lightweight ergonomic design handle features 7 degree offset. Multi-position grinding head pivots 360 Degree.
• Belt guard easily detaches for quick abrasive change; simple belt tracking adjustment knob.

Dynafile® III

The Dynafile® III provides operators with the best option to enhance their belt tool productivity! Dynabrade .7 hp gearless motor design is smooth and quiet while providing the necessary power to drive a 1″ wide coated or non-woven abrasive belt. This model offers dozens of contact arms for use with wide or narrow belts in both prep and finish applications.

Model 15300
• Excellent for grinding welds, blending and deburring. Offers all the versatility of the world-famous Dynafile II, while serving up more power (.7 hp / 522 W) for faster material removal.
• Tool includes high-efficiency Rubber Drive Wheel, ideal for use with all abrasive belts.
• Includes 15350 Contact Arm for 1″ wide x 18″ long abrasive belts. Tool grinding head pivots 360 degrees.
