These air-powered cut-off tools from Dynabrade are designed for 4½” to 5″ diameter wheels (114 mm – 127 mm) and feature built-in vacuum shrouds to capture dust and debris at the source — making them ideal for composite, fibreglass, or metal cutting in controlled‐environment or workshop settings.
The 4½” (114 mm) model (52436) delivers around 0.7 hp at 20,000 RPM and uses a 1″ (25 mm) vacuum port; the 5″ (127 mm) model (52438) delivers around 1 hp at 12,000 RPM with a 1¼” (32 mm) vacuum port for heavier duty cutting.
These tools include features like a cushioned soft-grip side handle (for the offset version), safety-lock throttle lever, and an adjustable wheel guard that integrates the vacuum port for improved operator comfort and cleanliness.

• Adjustable wheel guard has vacuum port, 1″ (25 mm) outside diameter, that diverts airborne dust and debris to optional vacuum source.
• Blade depth exposure of 1-3/16″ (30 mm).
• Tool includes cushioned, soft-grip side handle.
• Handle is offset 7° for greater operator comfort and control.

5″ Diameter, Right Angle, 1 hp, 12,000 RPM

• Adjustable wheel guard has vacuum port, 1-1/4″ (32 mm) outside diameter, that diverts airborne dust and debris to optional vacuum source.
• Powerful, high-quality air motor is effective for cutting through thick fiberglass over-wrap and fiber spray.
• Blade guide allows controlled cutting depth. Operator may expose up to 1-1/8″ (28 mm) depth of Cut-Off Wheel if required.
• Safety-lock lever is included.
5″ Diameter, 1.3 hp, 12,000 RPM
Model 52615
• Ideal for use with optional 5″ diameter Diamond Cut-Off Wheels with 3/4″ diameter center hole (see page 293).
• Adjustable wheel guard has vacuum port (1-1/4″ outside diameter) that diverts airborne dust and debris to optional vacuum source.
• Non-marring composite base is removable to utilize maximum blade depth of 1-3/16″ (30 mm). Optional 53544 composite base is available for scoring.
• “Wick Lube” System extends gear life with simple lubrication. Tool includes 95848 Gear Oil and 95541 Gear Oil Gun.
• Exhaust system rotates 360° to ensure exhaust is always directed away from operator.
